Description
The Technology Knowledge Manager should maintain the Technology Knowledge Management environment. This would mean that the known error database as well as the knowledge repositories are available to the teams, as required, for efficient execution of Service Delivery. Maintenance of a Technology Knowledge Management System is crucial as it helps to reduce the costs of maintaining and managing the services, both by increasing the efficiency of operational management procedures and by reducing the risks that arise from the lack of proper mechanisms.

Updating the Technology Knowledge Objects must be carried out regularly, as the service engagement evolves. Technology Knowledge Manager must work with leads of different streams and ensure the knowledge needed to run the service is captured, reviewed and updated.
